Whether through our Sunday Worship Service, Fellowship Luncheon, Women's Breakfast or Youth Group, Kathleen United Methodist Church has an event for You! Your children are especially welcome to attend Children's Church, or if God has recently blessed you, use of our Nursery while you attend to your Spiritual Needs! Come and let us worship the Lord together!

Our Sowell Food Pantry helps people in the Kathleen community by providing monthly grocery boxes to families who qualify for assistance.  (closed for summer--reopening in September)

Sunday Worship

  • 10:30 a.m. Blended Worship with Communion the 1st Sunday
  • Children's Church during worship for ages 4-11 (on summer break-returning in September)
  • 9:30 a.m. Adult Sunday School
  • First Sunday--6:00 -6:59pm--59 Minutes Contemporary Worship Event (returning in September 2010)

Wednesday Nights Adult Bible Study 6:30  to 7:30 p.m (on summer break-returning in September-stay tuned!)

Here in the Kathleen community, we respect the traditions of the past and welcome the move of the Holy Spirit in the life of the church today. We invite people to worship and grow in their relationship with the Lord. You will find our love for God in the praise and worship music we sing, in the hymns we were brought up on and sing today, and in prayerful hearts as we seek to meet the needs of a changing community.

    59minutesOur '59 Minutes' contemporary worship service is the first Sunday of each month at 6:00 p.m. (returns in September).

    We minister to children, youth, adults, and family through studying of the Holy Bible, worship, weddings, baptisms, and even more...in small groups, Girl Scouts, outreach events and through pastoral care.
